Call us on 0330 001 1084* to place an order over the phone, or to ask any sales-related questions.

Our order line is usually open Monday to Friday, 10am till 4.30pm (GMT).

If you can't get through, please leave us a message, including your contact details and, ideally, mentioning the product(s) you're interested in purchasing (as we may be able to reserve stock for you), so we can get back to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

* This is a low-cost non-geographic phone number - the equivalent of any standard local geographic number in the UK (e.g. those starting with 01, 02 etc).

Unlike with nasty 0845 and 0870 numbers, calls to our order line are charged at the cheaper local rate from both landlines and mobiles, and should be inclusive in any call minutes.

While we don't yet have a 'bricks-and-mortar' shop, we do have a small display area where we show off some of our favourite lights, gifts and gadgets.

Customers are welcome to stop by - by appointment - to shop, view products and chat.  If you'd like to come and see us, you can contact us via the email form, above.  Just select "I'd like to make an appointment to visit" from the subject list and leave us your contact details (phone number and email address) so we can let you know when we're available.

We accept all the usual payment types on site (credit/debit card, cash etc), and we'll be happy to advise, make recommendations, demonstrate products and answer any questions.
