The Deluxe Starlight Umbrella not only keeps you dry but also captivates, stimulates and entertains with a beautiful, colourful light show.  There's no better way to stay cheerful when you're stuck out in the pouring rain - and let's face it: that's all too often in the UK.

Switched off, the Starlight Umbrella (aka Twilight Umbrella) has the appearance of a smart, good quality yet rather ordinary umbrella.  Stylish black (outside) and silver (inside) fabric combines with a sturdy chrome rod and a comfortable ribbed plastic handle to look and feel the part in any surroundings.

A good size to shelter under - approx 105cm in diameter, opened - the Starlight Umbrella has a handy velcro tab for neat storage and a nifty spring-loaded one-button-opening mechanism.

Part of its appeal is the fact you can use it for standard everyday waterproofing purposes without people knowing its eye-catching potential - until you decide to hit the lights and blow their minds!

Once activated, a shimmering sprinkling of fibre optic 'stars' illuminate and continuously phase through a gorgeous spectrum of colours, slowly changing - from reds through greens to blues.

The Starlight Umbrella's rendition of a bright (and somewhat psychedelic - especially if you twirl it) starry night sky looks great in the daytime and absolutely stunning in the twilight and after dark.

The light, and automatic colour change function, is operated by a single on/off push-button switch at the base of the handle.  It takes 3 x AAA Batteries [you can add them to your order, below] to power its magical multicoloured lights.

Unlike earlier (and inferior) models, this newer deluxe version of the Starlight / Twilight Umbrella is double-sided, with colourful lights visible on both the interior and exterior of the fabric, allowing the holder to enjoy the sparkling spectacle as much as awestruck onlookers.
