Solar Power

The clever solar panel sucks in sunlight and charges during the day. When the sun goes in, the beautiful light display begins automatically. Simply place your Butterfly in a sunny spot and you'll enjoy colorful magic night after night. The solar power Hummingbird Light requires 1 x AAA rechargeable battery (included).

Battery Power

Battery-powered stick lights need no charging and are ideal for those areas of your garden that are unexposed or underexposed to direct sunlight. They can also be used indoors, in plant pots, vases etc, since they don't rely on sunlight. 3 x AAA batteries are included (with spares also available from Electric Planet).

The two types of light stick function in exactly the same way except that the battery-powered version needs to be switched on before it illuminates, whereas the solar-powered version - providing it's received enough sunlight - lights up automatically at dusk.
