Yomega Strobe Yo Yo

The Strobe Yo cleverly syncs the strobe of its two lights with the spin of the yo-yo, giving the appearance of multiple lights around its edge that speed up, reverse and slow down as you play.

The red LED lights have a high-tech touch-sensitive 'on' switch and the lights turn off automatically a short while after you stop playing. Nice.

There's also a small plastic key to switch off the lights if you so wish (though why would you want to do a crazy thing like that?).
