Each 2.5 metre string is made of flexible silver wire adorned with 20 soft white LEDs, silver flowers, leaves and mini baubles.   Silver Whisper is powered by 3 AA batteries housed inside a battery pack which is cleverly camouflaged in a silver felt pouch.
