The Fireflow R1 is a small, metallic, rocket-shaped, candle-powered lava lamp.  Lighting designers Mathmos, creators of the original 1960s lava lamp, apparently created the R1 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Apollo moon landings.

These innovative and iconic little mood lights will create a cool, funky and relaxing atmosphere in bedrooms, living rooms, contemporary offices and party spaces.  They're ideal for desks, coffee tables, dining tables - any surface in need of trendy decoration.

No batteries or electricity needed; Simply place a single lit tea light candle (1 included) inside the Fireflow and watch Mathmos's hypnotic goo gradually come to life.  Fireflow R1 can safely be used for around 3 hours at a time - the average burn time for a tealight candle.

Care Info

• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Base, bottle and cap will become very hot during use.  It's advisable to replace the candle only once the lamp has cooled down
• Allow Fireflow to cool completely before transporting
• For safety reasons, and in order to prolong product life (e.g. lava quality), do not use the Fireflow for more than 3 hours at a time
• Retain the instructions and read carefully before use
